![]() How About Another Failed "Stimulus"?
![]() It's not bad enough that the US economy is in the tank with unemployment at 9.6%, 8 million jobs lost, an expectation of 1% or less growth, a failed $787 Billion stimulus - Barack Hussein Obama is not done yet!
Yep. Barack Hussein Obama now wants to spend another $50 billion! Well actually the $50 billion is open-ended because that's just the "front-load" according to Obama's plan. Administration officials wouldn't say what the total cost of the infrastructure investments would be, but did say the initial $50 billion represents a significant percentage. Most of us learn that when we try something and it fails - we should not do it again! Not Obama! ![]() Read more | comments

![]() July 2010 Deficit: $165.04 Billion
![]() Yes we can! The Obama administration has proven that it can outspend any administration and now in one money, July 2010, the Obama administration raised the US deficit by $165.04 billion just for the month! That out does President George Bush's deficit for an entire year! Oh and remember the Democrat Congress with their "Pay Go" Bill, where all spending legislation had to have savings offsets? Well they spend $320.59 billion while taking in revenues of $155.55 billion.
We paid interest payments of $19.9 billion just for July 2010. The good news? This July's deficit raiser wasn't as bad as last July's deficit! ![]() Read more | comments

![]() Obama Will Not Rest in Maine
![]() Obama frequently tells the American people that he will not rest until 1) the gulf spill is over 2) unemployment is contained. Yet he's off to another vacation, this time to Maine where no public appearances are expected. I guess because he will be too tired from not resting.

![]() YouTube Tries to Silence Free Speech
![]() YouTube doesn't like certain political thoughts and therefore attempts to remove anything against their political leanings. In this case, the parody song, We Conned the World. That's okay, HotAir uses an EyeBlast account to continue the use of free speech.

![]() CNN Admits MASSIVE Support for Immigration Enforcement
![]() Yes, even CNN (well only in a blog but hey, its CNN!) has to admit that Americans overwhelmingly want our border laws enforced! 88% of Americans want our immigration policy enforced. Appallingly, only 41% want those who have already broken the law removed. Hello! What is the point of a law if you allow people to break it? That's been the problem with offering amnesty every time we say we're going to enforce immigration - those coming across the border KNOW we are just jiving!
What CNN doesn't admit, is that those 1200 National Guard troops and the whooping $50 million that Congress the Obama are asking for - are not for border enforcement. There seems to be a side deal between Obama and Mexican President Caldron that the troops will not be used for immigration enforcement but rather to do Caldron's bidding in the Mexican drug wars! I'm all for helping your neighbors out, but we simply do not have the money to address Mexico's, Europe's or any other country's problems! And assisting Mexico right now is a thumb in the taxpayers' eyes since the Mexican government actually encourages illegals coming across our southern border, including handing out instructions! CNN goes on to discuss the Arizona law but only as far as it suits them. Only 17% said they would participate in a boycott against Arizona; but CNN wants you to know that critics think asking for documents to prove you are legally in the country could lead to racial profiling. First and foremost the Arizona law forbids racial profiling but another important part is that federal law requires those legally visiting the country must carry their papers with them. ![]() Read more | comments

![]() Protests at the G20 Summit
![]() These protests are quite different than the peaceful Tea Party protests held through out the year. These protesters carried bottles, rocks and wore shields and goggles. Many of these protesters are protesting for anarchy and against borders and capitalism. It's like they'd like one mass free for all.
Wonder of Nancy Pelosi and the MSM will notice and appreciate the difference. I doubt it. ![]() Read more | comments

![]() Note to Self: Give Bigger Campaign Contributions
![]() The Maryland firm Smartronix, Inc. won the $18 million contract to "re-design" the government web site Recovery.gov! Funny thing is, I don't see web site building, development or remodeling in their mission statement: "Providing Net-centric Enterprise Services to Operate, Defend and Assure the Global Information Grid". What on earth does all the flowering goop mean?
Ah, perhaps it's me and I need a new mission statement. I guess "Your Business Web Site Design Company" did little to attract Joe Biden to my web site development services. Okay, I admit, I've never charged a customer $1 million for a web site re-design, let alone $18 million. In fact, I'm having real trouble trying to figure out just what one could do to a web site that would garner that large of an invoice. But don't count me out - if you are willing to pay that type of money for a re-model of your web site, I'm the person. Frankly it flies in the face of "recovery" to award a mid-sized Maryland firm that employs 500 people this large contract to merely put together a web site to brag about the "recovery" which we all know (and statistics prove)isn't happening. Remember the "recovery" of which we speak is about the economy and the millions of jobs lost. Why not employ 360,000 people at $50,000 for a year and simply can the web site? Here we though paying $300 per sign to post at "recovery" sites was a kick in the face of the taxpayer. Wonder what the average taxpayer will think about remaking (what did they pay to begin with?) a web site for $18 million! Oh, did we mention: Smartronix president, Mohammed Javaid, vice president Alan Parris, and partner John Parris have together given $19,000 to House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D - MD) since 1999 and they've received over $260 million in government contracts since 1995? ![]() Read more | comments

![]() Authorize.net Down
![]() A fire in Seattle, WA's business district Fisher Plaza, took down some major businesses as of late July 3, 2009. Authorize.net is the secure processor for thousands of business e-commerce web sites and one of the businesses effected by this fire. Authorize.net has set up a twitter account to keep retailers informed of their progress in restoring full service. Apparently their servers are now working, but processing is extremely slow.
