Undocumented Immigrants Like Calling Rape Sex
Megan Kelly at Fox News has a way of telling it like it is.

Illegal Aliens now want to be called "undocumented immigrants". As Megan says:
"You could say that a burglar is an unauthorized visitor. You know, you could say that a rapist is a non-consensual sex partner which, obviously, would be considered offensive to the victims of those crimes."
Pedophiles would love to be called "non-consensual youth sex partners". Murderers could become "undocumented euthanasia providers". We could call drug dealers "unlicensed pharmaceutical companies". Thieves could be known as "non-consensual borrowers". Perhaps tax cheat is too heavy of a word for people like Treasury Secretary Timothy Geither; I'm sure he'd prefer something like "forgetful banker".

Of course we understand illegals thinking that if the US Attorney General (Big Sis) and Barack Obama can call terrorism "man caused disasters", they too should get a more politically correct term. But all criminals would prefer a more politically correct term for their crimes.

Amnesty Dies This Year
Thankfully the "Dream Act", designed to steal the dreams of American taxpayers in order to provide the dreams of illegals and the Democrats who want their votes, died in the Senate yesterday.

Actually several versions (up to 6 or 7) ran around the Senate for weeks so no one would know which provisions were really being voted on. The basic tenants were to provide a path to citizenship for those that entered and stayed in the USA illegally. The USA has given amnesty to illegals several times throughout history. Each time its been proven that amnesty merely encourages others to enter and stay in the USA illegally, waiting for the next round of amnesty.

It is estimated there are currently 11 to 21 million illegals living in the USA. We are also quite aware the Immigration does little to discourage illegals. The Obama administration has even sued to stop the state of Arizona from actually checking documents of those stopped on suspicion of criminal acts. It's already a law in the USA that non-citizens must carry papers showing they are legally in this country, but the law is simply not enforced. In fact, there are many deterrents to checking the legal status of a person.

Parts of our country have been turned over to illegal drug lords essentially by forbidding Americans to go into those areas. In addition, we do not provide immigration officers in those areas as they are deemed to dangerous.

Our economy is a mess with the national debt skyrocketing into the stratosphere, millions of Americans are unemployed, under employed or working jobs way below their skill set; yet, our congress can't seem to say "no" to spending regardless of how that spending only adds to the problems already facing our nation. Congress should worry about the American dreams in the toilet before searching out those illegally entering the USA and wanting to give them their dreams.

Support of Immigration Laws Not Core American Values
Barack Hussein Obama panders to illegals by telling Hispanic voters (no one tells us if they are legal or illegal) that the Republicans who support upholding US laws on immigration are not the kind of folks that support American values.
Referring specifically to Republicans such as Senator John McCain, who formerly supported an overhual but now are stressing border security and supporting strict immigration laws like Arizona's anti-illegal immigration measure, Mr. Obama said, "Those arent the kinds of folks who represent our core American values."
Gee, and here I thought that the President of the United States of American was suppose to encourage people to uphold the law! Doesn't he swear to protect and defend the Consitution? Isn't part of the Constitution upholding the law?

Sorry Barack, but I think it is a core American value to obey the law of the land. and illegal immigration is called illegal for a reason.

Obama Uses Arizona as Example of Human Rights Violations
Did you ever dream that a president of any country would turn his country into the UN human rights commission?

Barack Hussein Obama used Arizona as an example of human rights violations in a report to the UN! God forbid that a country actually have a state carry out the law regarding illegals! Someone needs to ask the WON just how requiring non-citizens to carry documents proving their legal entry and stay in the country is a human rights violation. This is not only the law in the USA but in many countries, including Mexico!

No Plans to Deport Illegal
Celso Campo-Duartes, illegally in the USA, struck and killed a US Citizen in 2008, served a paltry sentence and then was released. Since his release Campo-Duartes has been arrested at least 3 more times for traffic violations. But Georgia has no plans to deport this illegal dirt bag.

Obama Czar: No Clear Definition of Secure the Border
Yep, apparently the reason why the US's southern border isn't secure is because the Obama administration is missing a "clear definition of what secure the border means" according to an Obama czar!

Worry not that any 6th grade student (legal or illegal) could tell you what "secure the border" means - apparently those in charge can't figure it out and that's why it will take thirty years!

Of course the people just trying to drive down the highway in El Paso could probably tell you that "secure the border" means preventing drug gun battles across US highways.

If that's not enough to make you scream, Border Czar Alan Bersin told conference attendees:
The challenges to leave behind, the old ways of seeing the border, to stop thinking in the past. Stop thinking that the Federal government is going to come and pay for all the projects. Rather, it is devise business solutions that provide the private capacity to make these things work. Whether it is crossing the border in a safe, secure facilitated entry but to do it with private initiative rather than waiting for government for government handouts.
Hello???? Anyone home? Isn't this what Arizona tried to do and the US Government, using taxpayers' money, sued them!

Protect and Defend
When Barack Vacationing Hussein Obama took the oath of the US Presidency, he swore to protect and defend the United States of American against all enemies.

Yet because of Barack Vacationing Hessein Obama's actions and in-actions, parts of the United States of America are being usurped by Mexican drug lords and illegals. Don't get me wrong, the liberals in control of the US Congress are equally to blame for pandering to the President of Mexico and allowing him to address the US Congress regarding illegal immigration in Arizona.

Yep "management" has pulled back the border patrol from parts of Arizona and New Mexico because management is afraid of causing an international incident in a dangerous area!

It is the duty of the US President (whether vacationing, golfing, playing hoops, throwing lavish parties or actually working) to cause an international incident IF necessary to protect and defend the borders of the United States of America.

$600 Million for Border Security?
The AP and Democrats will tell you Obama just added $600 million for additional border security. Well it's not quite the truth.

In truth, Obama robbed Peter to pay Paul as a hoodwink to claiming he's done something. The increases in funding for some agencies were largely paid for by decreasing funding in other immigration control programs such as fence building and air monitoring.

ICE who is in charge of deportation gets no new funding. ICE currently claims it has no money to deport illegals found in the USA, but somehow the DHS has money to fancy up deportation centers with family movie night and salad bars! Basically the government is beefing up to catch illegal drug and gun smugglers (which is a great thing), but doing nothing to stop other illegals from flooding America.

Until the US Government allows states, or actually does the job themselves, to prevent illegals from working, receiving benefits and deriving citizenship for their anchor babies - all taxpayer money spent is simply wasted.

Florida and Virginia Line Up For Suits
Florida and Virginia are lining up to join Arizona in passing their own state laws to stop illegal immigration in their states.

And while the majority of taxpayers support these states but have to pay for the federal government to sue these states, you can bet the Obama administration will do just that - after he finishes his vacations that is.

Hispanic Law
Apparently the new head of the ABA (American Bar Association) wants to take the blinders off justice. Stephen N. Zack, a Cuban-American thinks we need to study whether the law is meeting the needs of Hispanics!
The ABA commission, to be headed by Miami lawyer C├ęsar L. Alvarez, also a Cuban-American, will hold public hearings in major U.S. cities with Hispanic populations to study whether the legal system is addressing the needs of the country's largest and fastest-growing minority.

Zack says the study is to ensure that the law treats Hispanics equally. If that's really the concern, then surely Zack would be concerned that his panel will be Hispanics.

Since when was the law of the United States of American suppose to look at the race of the person? If fact our very basic law is that "all people are created equal". Law is not suppose to take issue with a person's religion, race or social standing.
