Obama Czar: No Clear Definition of Secure the Border
Yep, apparently the reason why the US's southern border isn't secure is because the Obama administration is missing a "clear definition of what secure the border means" according to an Obama czar!

Worry not that any 6th grade student (legal or illegal) could tell you what "secure the border" means - apparently those in charge can't figure it out and that's why it will take thirty years!

Of course the people just trying to drive down the highway in El Paso could probably tell you that "secure the border" means preventing drug gun battles across US highways.

If that's not enough to make you scream, Border Czar Alan Bersin told conference attendees:
The challenges to leave behind, the old ways of seeing the border, to stop thinking in the past. Stop thinking that the Federal government is going to come and pay for all the projects. Rather, it is devise business solutions that provide the private capacity to make these things work. Whether it is crossing the border in a safe, secure facilitated entry but to do it with private initiative rather than waiting for government for government handouts.
Hello???? Anyone home? Isn't this what Arizona tried to do and the US Government, using taxpayers' money, sued them!

Protect and Defend
When Barack Vacationing Hussein Obama took the oath of the US Presidency, he swore to protect and defend the United States of American against all enemies.

Yet because of Barack Vacationing Hessein Obama's actions and in-actions, parts of the United States of America are being usurped by Mexican drug lords and illegals. Don't get me wrong, the liberals in control of the US Congress are equally to blame for pandering to the President of Mexico and allowing him to address the US Congress regarding illegal immigration in Arizona.

Yep "management" has pulled back the border patrol from parts of Arizona and New Mexico because management is afraid of causing an international incident in a dangerous area!

It is the duty of the US President (whether vacationing, golfing, playing hoops, throwing lavish parties or actually working) to cause an international incident IF necessary to protect and defend the borders of the United States of America.

$600 Million for Border Security?
The AP and Democrats will tell you Obama just added $600 million for additional border security. Well it's not quite the truth.

In truth, Obama robbed Peter to pay Paul as a hoodwink to claiming he's done something. The increases in funding for some agencies were largely paid for by decreasing funding in other immigration control programs such as fence building and air monitoring.

ICE who is in charge of deportation gets no new funding. ICE currently claims it has no money to deport illegals found in the USA, but somehow the DHS has money to fancy up deportation centers with family movie night and salad bars! Basically the government is beefing up to catch illegal drug and gun smugglers (which is a great thing), but doing nothing to stop other illegals from flooding America.

Until the US Government allows states, or actually does the job themselves, to prevent illegals from working, receiving benefits and deriving citizenship for their anchor babies - all taxpayer money spent is simply wasted.

Florida and Virginia Line Up For Suits
Florida and Virginia are lining up to join Arizona in passing their own state laws to stop illegal immigration in their states.

And while the majority of taxpayers support these states but have to pay for the federal government to sue these states, you can bet the Obama administration will do just that - after he finishes his vacations that is.

Hispanic Law
Apparently the new head of the ABA (American Bar Association) wants to take the blinders off justice. Stephen N. Zack, a Cuban-American thinks we need to study whether the law is meeting the needs of Hispanics!
The ABA commission, to be headed by Miami lawyer César L. Alvarez, also a Cuban-American, will hold public hearings in major U.S. cities with Hispanic populations to study whether the legal system is addressing the needs of the country's largest and fastest-growing minority.

Zack says the study is to ensure that the law treats Hispanics equally. If that's really the concern, then surely Zack would be concerned that his panel will be Hispanics.

Since when was the law of the United States of American suppose to look at the race of the person? If fact our very basic law is that "all people are created equal". Law is not suppose to take issue with a person's religion, race or social standing.

Yet Another "You Lie"
Barack Hussein Obama told the American people that crime along the US and Mexican border was down. Well, perhaps - but does that really tell the story?
When measured by the number of criminal defendants charged with federal crimes by U.S. attorneys, the top five U.S. judicial districts for fiscal 2009 were all on the U.S.-Mexico border.

In fact, these five judicial districts are the only five on the U.S.-Mexico border-covering its entire expanse from the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific Ocean....

The United States Attorneys' Annual Statistical Report for Fiscal Year 2009, compiled and released by President Barack Obama's Justice Department, is just more evidence that our government is not doing its job of defending our nation's border with Mexico. According to the Justice Department's own numbers, federal crime is dramatically disproportionate along that border compared to the rest of the United States.

No Confidence in ICE
From a letter written by ICE Union President Chris Crane:
In an unprecedented move within the Department of Homeland Security, the detention and removal officers and agents responsible for and sworn to enforcing our nation's immigration laws issued an exhaustive, scathing letter simply titled "VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE IN ICE DIRECTOR JOHN MORTON AND ODPP ASSISTANT DIRECTOR PHYLLIS COVEN" on June 11, 2010. The letter, acquired through sources, provides a litany of examples of how ICE's mission is being skewed towards supporting an unflinching goal of amnesty by refusing to allow agents to do their job; allowing criminal aliens to roam free; depleting resources for key enforcement initiatives that preceded this administration; and misrepresenting facts and programs, demeaning the extent of the criminal alien problem and geared to support amnesty.
Actual facts noted in the letter include:
. While ICE reports internally that more than 90 percent of ICE detainees are first encountered in jails after they are arrested by local police for criminal charges, ICE senior leadership misrepresents this information publicly in order to portray ICE detainees as being non-criminal in nature to support the Administration's position on amnesty and relaxed security at ICE detention facilities.

. The majority of ICE ERO Officers are prohibited from making street arrests or enforcing United States immigration laws outside of the institutional (jail) setting. This has effectively created "amnesty through policy" for anyone illegally in the United States who has not been arrested by another agency for a criminal violation.

. ICE Detention Reforms have transformed into a detention system aimed at providing resort like living conditions to criminal aliens.
That's okay, this is no secret to the American or illegal population. We all know that ICE is not doing what it was paid to do, but you better look at Janet Napolitano, head of Homeland Security for reasons.

If none of that bothers you, you might be interested in this:
Rep. Sue Myrick tells Newsmax it is very frightening that the Iran-backed terrorist group Hezbollah has been sending agents to Mexico - and some have already entered the United States across the porous border.
Myrick goes one to state:
Our intelligence sources have really clarified that they are in Mexico, that there is an operation that is quite large in place there, and it's very frightening to me because this is national security," says Myrick, who was first elected in 1994.

What Part of Illegal Didn't You Understand Mr. President?
Here we go again. The man elected to serve the citizens of the United States of American calling them names!

Barack Hussein Obama says anyone opposing illegal immigrants is "anti-immigrant". What he missed is that a vast majority of US Citizens have no problem with those who legally immigrate to the United States. Our problems rests with those who have taken over our land (including areas of Texas and Arizona too dangerous to travel due to illegal drug lords) and slurp off US benefits paid by law-abiding citizens' taxes and kill our citizens while having entered the United States illegally.

Illegals Thought On American Flag
Next time you are told that illegals in America are simply looking to fulfill their American dream, please see how these demonstrators treated the symbol of America - our flag.

And, while we are on the subject of illegals in America, how about this dude who killed an American citizen while driving drunk? This was Carlos A. Martinelly Montano's third drunk driving charge in 5 years!
The despicable thing is that this criminal was ... handed over to ICE twice, and released by ICE twice. He's gone out an killed a nun. That's a perfect example of what's wrong with immigration enforcement in this country," said Stewart, who has drafted legislation for stricter illegal immigration laws statewide. "The blame is on representatives in Congress for being so flaccid on the issue, and they continue not to fund the deportation of illegal immigrants in this country."

Federal Law Permits States to Enforce Immigration Laws
US News reports on a little remembered law passed by Congress in 1996:
Back in 1996 (when fanny packs were still cool, in some circles) it was time to get tough on immigration, and an interesting little law was passed. Congress deemed it appropriate for state and local law enforcement to enforce immigration law. In the inscrutable manners of Washington (where all legislation seems to be named with insufferably cute acronyms or indecipherable legislative codes that read like security passwords), this law came to be known as 287g.

Want to know what 287g says? Well, just read the law in Arizona. Yes, that law. The one causing protests in the streets of Phoenix, hysteria on cable talk shows and confusion in the courts. The one that empowers state and local law enforcement to enforce immigration law.
The only reason Arizona currently runs afoul of this law is that the law also provided for the Department of Homeland Security and ICE to approve of the state enforcement and provide training.

So instead of suing Arizona, why didn't President Obama encourage DHS and ICE to train Arizona officials?
