Boston, The Untold Story
Martial Law was used in Boston to force people from their own homes to be rushed down to street to other police officers waiting to frisk them. Fourth Amendment rights went by the way side while Boston and federal officers searched for the 2nd bomber.
"The story floated in the mainstream media that the door to door searches were conducted with the voluntary consent of the residents of Watertown is clearly false. 9000+ Police locked down an entire city and went in with full force, with armored vehicles and combat gear, all to search for an injured 19 year old kid who turned out to be cowering in someones back yard".

Suspects Still in Boston, Night of Terror
The two FBI suspects turn out to be brothers originally from Chechnya who have been in the United States for years. Black hat, suspect #1 is now dead and was known to have radical Muslim beliefs.

Boston experienced another night of terror as police closed in on the brothers, a police officer was shot after having his gun taken from him at the MIT science lab, a car was hijacked, and the two brothers threw bombs at police as police attempted to close in on them.

White hat, suspect #2, is Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Boston has closed most schools and many businesses today as investigators asked people in certain Boston areas to stay indoors while they continue to look for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, age 19.

The father of the brothers does not believe they did the bombings and said
The father of suspected Boston Marathon bomber called on his son today to give up peacefully, but warned the U.S. that if his son is killed "all hell will break loose."

Terror In Boston
Today, Patriots Day and the running of the Boston Marathon reminded Americans once again that Terrorism happens on our own streets, anytime, anywhere.

So far there are reports of 3 dead, including a little 8 year old boy, over 100 injured (four of them young children) with most injuries involving injuries and amputations to lower extremities with doctors removing shrapnel, including ball bearings and nails.

Reports indicate a Saudi Arabian national with injuries is under guard at one of the Boston hospitals and is a suspect. Reports indicated the suspect was a student, acting suspicious and carrying 2 backpacks before the incident. A Penske truck tried to enter the area shortly before the explosions went off. It may or may not have been involved in the incident. Of course if it was, being turned away saved quiet a few lives.

Police also reported an explosion at the JFK library (later reports say this was just a fire and probably not related to the terror strike)and another unexploded item being found near a hotel.

Boston is a city in shock and hurting tonight. We send our love and prayers.

Eyewitness account from a photographer present.

No Long Form Hawaiian Birth Certificate
What to thinkswearing they verified it; and now someone swearing it doesn't exist.
Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.

Fed Releases Meeting Minutes Early to Small Group
After reading the title, if you know anything about the stock market and our corrupt administration, I probably don't need to even reveal to you who the small group of approximately 100 people were that got minutes to the Feds meeting at 2:00 PM yesterday. The rest of America gets theirs at 9:00 the morning.
A Fed spokesman told CNNMoney the mistake was "entirely accidental," and it was a "human error," not a technological one. The roughly 100 individuals on the list mostly included Congressional employees and employees of trade organizations. They received the minutes shortly after 2 p.m. on Tuesday.

After discovering the error this morning, the Federal Reserve decided to release the minutes to the broader public at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Interesting "accident".

War Drums
North Korea continues to make ominous threats and is thought to be ready to launch a mid-range missile (apparently a test) as early as tomorrow.

Iran, not wanting to be outdone by North Korea is also making overt threats, beginning two new nuclear projects and bring 5 reactors on line.

But never fear, Barack is in charge. Even with sequester in full swing causing many senors to have their life saving chemo therapy cancelled, Barack is still in full swing at the White House, using taxpayer money to hold weekly lavish parties with Hollywood. It's always nice to have a great party before a nuclear attack.

North Korea Gives Go Ahead For Nuke Strikes on USA
The AP has announced that North Korea has given the go ahead for nuclear strikes on the USA. Yes, Kim Jong-Un is an idiot wound too tight, but then look who the USA is stuck with in this very dramatic situation - Barack Obama, John Kerry and goofy Chuck Hagel. None of them have enough in them to do anything but appease Kim Jong-Un. They certainly won't call his bluff and most probably we can expect Owebama to bow to him.

Get ready to start paying blackmail money to North Korea while Barack takes on a couple more rounds of golf to relax.

AIG Thanks Americans While Considering Lawsuit
AIG, the insurance giant whom taxpayers ended up bailing out to the tune of $182 billion (yes, with a "b") has been running commercials thanking Americans for use of their money by government force. Claiming it has paid back the total amount plus billions in interest, the AIG board is now considering suing the US Government (the American people) for the high interest rates and the structure of the deal.

AIG cites the constitutional provision barring the taking of private property. Gosh, wonder how the taxpayers feel about the taking of funds paid to run the government for use by a private entity. Perhaps this is a lawsuit to watch in that if the court holds the government took AIG's private property, taxpayers can sue for the taking of money only authorized to run the government and certainly not meant to bail out private companies.
The government has been saying, 'We're your friend, we owned and controlled you and we let you go.' But A.I.G. doesn't owe loyalty to the government," a person close to Mr. Greenberg said. "It owes loyalty to its shareholders."

The government, Starr argues, used billions of dollars from A.I.G. to settle credit-default swaps the insurer had with banks like Goldman Sachs. The deal, according to the lawsuit, empowered the government to carry out a "backdoor bailout" of Wall Street.

Starr argued that the actions violated the Fifth Amendment. "The government is not empowered to trample shareholder and property rights even in the midst of a financial emergency," the Starr complaint says.
While AIG might owe loyalty to its shareholders and not hold loyalty to the US Government, US taxpayers were owed loyalty by the US Government and certainly not to private entity AIG. And now, it looks like the US taxpayers may have to again pay!

Biden, Congress and Federal Workers Get Pay Raise
Barack Owebama has over and over again declared his interest in "fairness" and making sure that everyone (especially the "rich") pays their "fair share".

How is this for fairness?

Vice President Biden, who makes over $220,000 per year (plus perks, full health care, rent from the Secret Service, etc.) gets a pay raise to $231,900! If that's not enough, Congress (even the Senate who can't pass a budget in over 4 years) gets a pay raise as do all federal works.

The rest of America gets tax increases, more tax increases from ObummerCare, more unemployment, and a fiscal cliff!
