GSA Does Obama Campaign Commerical
Apparently this is what GSA does when it's not out spending $800,000 for a conference. It's blatantly using federal workers, paid by US taxpayers, for an Obama campaign commercial.

Like ObamaCare's mandate, this of course is unconstitutional.

1/2 Billion to IRS for ObamaCare
The nation is in an economic crisis; prices are rising out of sight from food to gasoline, millions are unemployed. What does the President do for the nation? Diverts $500 million to the IRS to implement his unconstitutional health care law!

Never mind that SCOTUS appeared to be on the side of the American people who believe overwhelmingly that ObamaCare is unconstitutional. Never mind that SCOTUS has heard the arguments and is set to rule in June. Obama doubles down on wasting taxpayers' money by skirting the normal appropriations process (done by another branch of government - the Congress) and throws roughly $500 million at the IRS - which is just a portion of what they will need to ram up for ObamaCare.
The Obama administration has plowed ahead despite the legal and political challenges.

It has moved aggressively to get important policies in place. And, according to a review of budget documents and figures provided by congressional staff, the administration is also burning through implementation funding provided in the healthcare law.

The law contains dozens of targeted appropriations to implement specific provisions. It also gave the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) a $1 billion implementation fund, to use as it sees fit. Republicans have called it a slush fund.

HHS plans to drain the entire fund by September before the presidential election, and more than a year before most of the healthcare law takes effect. Roughly half of that money will ultimately go to the IRS.

HHS has transferred almost $200 million to the IRS over the past two years and plans to transfer more than $300 million this year, according to figures provided by a congressional aide.
Of course the Obama administration defends itself and says all is in order, federal dollars can be used as the President sees fit. This passing of money to the IRS will make later appropriations to the IRS look smaller than the actual money they receive. It hides the 537 new employees the IRS contends it needs to manage subsidies to low income recipients and gets around the amendment passed by the House last year that shut off the fountain of funds to the IRS for hiring new personnel or implementing changes for ObamaCare. Of course the Senate didn't bother to bring up the bill and vote on it.

Since SCOTUS is set to provide a ruling in June of this year, why the rush now to spend $500 million? Why not wait to see if the law even passes Constitutional muster before throwing more taxpayer money down the drain?
