General Petraeus testified to both the Senate and House Committees that the CIA talking points sent to the White House before Susan Rice when on 5 Sunday talk shows and lied, contained references to terrorists being involved in the attack on the Benghazi Embassy. The FBI, CIA and State Department all testified that they saw the references to terrorists and did not make any change to that reference.

Next, over the weekend the White House claimed that they did not make any changes to the talking points other than to change references to "consulate" to "diplomatic facility".

Senator Saxby Chambliss points out that every agency handling the talking points testified before the Senate and House Committees under oath on Friday, except the White House. Each of the under oath testimonies by these agencies included a denial of making changes and an acknowledgement that they had seen the references to terrorists" in the talking points. That leaves only one possibility.

Perhaps OweBama will put the Benghazi attack to bed the same way he attempted to kill off the investigation to Fast and Furious gun running across the Mexican border - simply declare executive privilege over any documents that might disclose the truth.
